#asktheexpert feeding baby food after 9pm will cause stomach discomfort at night time ? Why because my baby feel stomach discomfort at night when ever I feed after 9pm is this main cause ?and also this is not force feeding she will eat it usually I will feed rice

give dinner to your child 2 hour prior going to sleep.
give light and easy to digest foods in dinner, avoid pulsrs, eggs, heavy food.
