If breastfeeding the baby, try to include foods like oats with nuts, dry fruits, avocado, paneer, ghee, legumes, banana, fenugreek, carom seeds, cumin, garlic, brown rice, fennel seeds and milk to increase the supply. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts and latch baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand.
