First check for an accidental pregnancy and if it is negative then you can wait for two more months for the cycles to start spontaneously if not then consult your doctor

For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok
