make sure your baby don't cry before passing urine.
limit use of diapers during daytime.
offer more liquids and fruits for adequate hydration .
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements too

Yes this is normal in babies to urinate after every hour. This can be due to more intake of water and other fluids in summers.
If ur baby is active and comfortable while passing urine, then no need to worry
