Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Pacifier is not advisable as it can causing oral discomfort if hygiene is not maintained and not cleaned regularly. Also it gets harder for the baby to get away from the habit. Maintain a good personal and oral hygiene for your child. Continue feeding your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care.
