#AskTheExpert Doctor mere Bete ko Constipation ka problem hai pichle almost 4 months se. Humne 2 Doctor se consulate kar chuke hai par problem solve nahi hi raha hai... Jo doctor ne kaha hai woh hi diet hai Devansh ka... Doctor Sir ne Polyethylene Glycol 3350 Powder with water dene ko kaha tha .. pichle 4 month se yeh powder de rahe hai par problem solve nahi ho raha hai... Devansh ko hume ek capsule jaisa hota hai jo uske potty ki jagah par daalna padta hai... plz suggest how to get rid of this..

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. give prunes dates chikoo which worked as a rich source of fibre and natural laxative and also you can give Ayurvedic plant-derived husk isabgol husk 1 tsp mixed with lukewarm water two times in the day to relieve constipation
