A. Hi mommy By age of 5-6 months baby starts rolling over Massage can be soothing for babies. Make sure the room is warm, your baby is quiet, well-rested and alert, and you’re relaxed Try massage after a nap, when your baby is being changed You can do massage for 10-30 minutes It help to make baby’s muscles strong Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs regularly it also help baby to make muscle stronger and to reduce gas and constipation
