As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpfulll .
Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .

Give turmeric milk twice daily
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Maintain hygiene
Give adequate water
Stay hydrated
Take a good care of your baby
