A new mother should take a balanced and healthy diet
Milk with daliya and jaggery, oats, ragi, green vegetables, fruits, milk, dry fruits, ajwain, jeera, saunf, sesame seeds, methidana seeds should be included in the diet as they help to increase milk supply
Give small and frequent meals
Have a glass of water before feeding
Water intake 3-4 litre per day
Avoid excess intake of ghee or fried food

Just Avoid refined flour and any other heavy food which is difficult to digest spicy food should be avoided as long as you can rest you can have all kind of fruits and vegetables have more of liquid into your diet and just take proper sleep and all the medications on time
