include fruit green leafy vegetables nuts in your child's diet

So The diet for a 13 month old child would be the same as it would be for the mother or the father at home because after the 12 months of age there is no bar or restriction on any kind of thing any kind of food or anything so you can give everything to the child whatever you want to
