A. Hello, this is the age of growth and developments. So you should give all homemade healthy foods. Include nuts and dryfruits, sprouts, boil egg, banana everyday. Give coconut water, 4 to 5 boil drumsticks everyday. Diet should be comprises with proper cereal and grains, pulses and legumes, vegetables and fruits, egg, fish, chicken, and milk and milk products. Include chenna, curd. You can also include homemade almond milk or soymilk or buttermilk. add little ghee in meal. Keep hydrated your baby. Give small amounts of foods frequently. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods, carbonated beverages.
