Namrata ChawlaMom of a 13 yr 1 m old boy2 years agoA. if you are asking for yourself then it can be due to sleep deprivation, stress and changed eating habits too. all these are important for healthy life. keep yourself hydrated. try mamaearth under eye cream. a natural product that is chemical free and dermatologically tested. it is effective on dark circles and wrinkles and puffy eyes too.

Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups and limit the screen time. take care
