ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. hello mam the milk teeth start falling from the age of 6.5 - 7 years of age. but sometimes they vary in some kids. please keep looking if any permanent teeth is coming around milk teeth then you need to visit a dentist

Mostly it happens when baby turned six years old. So if it is started on a right age then you should not worry about it at all. Just maintain a proper diet and add more dairy products in your babies regular diet plan it will help to fulfil the need of calcium in babies.
