as child is having cough in chest,to cure this i would suggest to do heat fomentation
and for that,you need clean Cotton clothe so please take clean Cotton clothe first,heat the tava and place Cotton clothe on it for few seconds and then check it with your hands that cloth should not be too hot and gently place it on your child chest and back
