A. Offer all home foud, Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.

A. hello now since the child is 3 years old there is no restriction with what food you can be giving your child and make sure to give your child everything that you prepare for the family and !ake it more healthy and nutritious with dry fruits and dairy products
