#AskTheExpert Can you suggest any ointment for insect bite? My baby is just 1year old and it seems that he has been bitten by an insect. The area has turned red and there is swelling too.

Author of questionMom of a 4 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello, It's always good to get your baby examined by doctor in such cases. However, I have also faced such situations. Pediatrician suggested Flutibact ointment for my son. I still use that cream. Still I would suggest you to consult with a pediatrician first before using anything.

Get your baby personally examined by your doctor and seek further advice. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Good luck and take care.
