So it's better to get the solution in a correct way . You can alsohd consult online to a doctor for the same as a detailed discussion can be done .

U Can take your vaccination it’s not an issue what is the doctor say no in the condition when a child is having fever that time you should never get a vaccination done but with minor cold and cough it’s not an issue you can get the vaccination done on time
