#asktheexpert can we start soft diet from 5th month beginning. baby is on both formula and breast feed

A. Hello my dear parent! Ideally semi solids and water should be introduced only after 6 months completion. Consult your child’s doctor for further guidance regarding this. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy
