what if Baby is not consuming mother's milk and it is not sufficient?

As my baby needs milk every 1.5-2 hours of interval and that frequently Mother's milk is not produced.. How to tackle Baby's hunger?

never, do that
Mother's milk is complete food for the baby . The initial portion is watery that takes care of hydration and the later portion that is creamy and rich in facts will provide then necessary nutrition. So there is no need to give even water . Try to exclusively breastfeed the baby for first 6 months after birth.
