POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. after 6 months or during the weaning, it is ideal to start with solid foods with vegetable and fruit-based puree being an ideal contender. each vegetable and fruit has its own way and variations with specific proportions so you can give them.
