#asktheexpert, Can we give sugar with milk?

No sugar isn’t given until the age of one year so right now if you want you can use jaggery but let me tell you milk has its own very healthy sweetness so it wouldn’t be a very good idea if you keep adding sweet to it further so try to get your child into the habit of having sugar-free milk like not too sweet should be added
