ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom babies by now be used to a mix of liquids and semi solids foods . And alternate it with your feed . Foods such as steamed and mashed vegetables or soups , fresh fruit juices or purée or porridge made with ragi or suji or multigrain mix , kichidi , curds, ghee etc
