take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
once consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and start treatment as advised

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning it is definitely not normal and specially if it is happening for full 5 days I would recommend that you should try to see your doctor otherwise it can cause problem of weakness and other issues
