No it doesn't spread through breastfeeding. there are chances of baby catching the cold as you are in very close contact with your baby. so wear mask or cover your face with something while breastfeeding, don't kiss your baby and wash your hands thoroughly before touching/ feeding the baby

No it is not contagious which is why it is not going to spread so you can of course go ahead with feeding the child there is no problem in that just keep taking proper medications for yourself which has been suggested by the doctor any basic medicine of your knowledge
