once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor . .

See if the bottle is mentioning that the medicine is for dry cough then you can give it to the child but in most of the cases as far as I know this is going to be forwarded to cost only so you ask your doctor and go ahead with a specific medication for the issueWrite Your Answer Here
