ExpertArchanaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hi , it is best to give exclusive breastfeeding to baby for complete 6 months. mother's milk has all required nutrients for baby's good health and growth.
however, would advise you to avoid feeding any kind of weaning foods / cereal to baby before 6 months.
continue exclusive breastfeeding for complete 6 months
feed on regular intervals after 2 hours or on demand
follow good hygiene
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

No please don't
After six months of age she can be given the food other than breast milk
initially she can be given probiotics , soups , meshes of cooked vegetables and fruits
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
