#asktheexpert can i give solid food for my 7 month old baby at night or else breastfeed is enough

A. Hello mom start with one time a day first and as the days go by and the baby gets used to it you can gradually increase the variety and number of meals

A. hello you can give 3 to 4 meals on a day for the child and in night feed something for dinner but avoid too late feeding and by 7 to 8 max would be good enough and this would fill up stomach and baby will be able to have a good sleep also and safe also for kid
