#asktheexpert # Can I give formula milk to my 14 months old daughter as her mother’s milk is not sufficient for her in the night time and she’s getting exhausted feeding her over and over again in the night..If yes which is the best formula milk for 14 months old baby..???

Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. hello dear as your baby is one year plus age so try to feed more solids, semi solids and other liquids to your baby.
all seasonal fruits and vegetables, soaked dry fruits, dates, upma , khichdi, curd rice, daal rice , mashed chapati in daal, shakes, coconut water, buttermilk, idli etc.
and for milk you cam start cow milk or packed milk for baby .
