#AskTheExpert Can I give dry nuts powder to my 10+ months old baby? If yes then what will be the ratio of the nuts?

A. Hi mom. Yes now u can give dry fruits and nuts to ur baby.. Dry roast the nuts and make powder by grinding. U can add 1/4 tsp in the meal of the baby. Give only one time during the day. Take care
