#asktheexpert can I give dinner to ny baby girl if yes then What is the time for that

A. you can serve some semi solid food at this age for example completely mashed and freshly cooked kheer, 1 bowl of Dal, aur mashed rice with boiled mashed potatoes properly mixed, alternatively you can give cerelac at the dinner time because it keeps the baby tummy full for long hours. the best time for the dinner is between 9 p.m. to 9 30.
