Generally fruits,vegetables are given as puriee,mash form after deseeding,boil/steam few vegetables ,but checking suitability of every item is must. Mashed banana,papaya,chikoo puriee,steam/boiled and mashed apple,carrot,potato,sweet potato,beet root..,cerelac,porridges,malts are suggested .
