#asktheexpert can I give 2 solid feeds to my 6 month old baby? I have started solid from past 2 days. if not then from when can I start giving her two solid feeds?

A. hello once the baby complete 6 months you can be giving your child semi solid food and liquid based food in the diet and you can be giving your child home made cerelac rice well cooked and pureed and also you can be giving your child fruits and vegetables puree also
