#asktheexpert can i compliment my 4 and a half month old baby girl with a single fruit or vegetable puree along worh breastmilk occasionally? P.S: she gained good head control and raises head and chest while on tummy and can sit with support

once the baby complete 5 months of age and enters into 6 th month then you can start giving semi solids and water to the baby.
till then only breast milk is the food for the baby.
