Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. ideally you can. there is no harm in feeding immediately after taking the vaccine or after a day. but the vaccine is there in your body. however if you have any doubts its always better to consult your pediatrician itself once before taking any step. you should consult her once before taking the medicine as she knows your baby and you personally
