#asktheexpert can I add turmeric to 9 months old baby's food? what kind of food I should concentrate and how many times I should give solids

A. sure can add.. no worries. gi e her 3 meals and 1 anack a day and breast feeding on femand. gi e her semibsolids like khichdi, porridges, cerelac, fruit or vegetae puree
