#asktheexpert By age of 2 my daughter is not having sound sleep in afternoon sleep ... she wakes up very early as normal days .. although she is not hungry ..please if you can advice .. she always wanna play in middle of her sleep.

A. most of the babies will be sleeping at least 8 to 10 hours per day if your baby is not sleeping peopletree hard water bath the baby in the evening time at a glass full of buffalo milk before bed
