A. Hi, firstly latch your baby once in every two hours and then give formula milk. Latching is also one of the good method to improve your milk production. With this have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take food once in every four hours in smaller quantities. And take any liquid whenever you feel hungry like fresh fruit juice made at home, water, buttermilk, Dal water, vegetable soup. Whatever you take should be home-made and fresh. And always rest back and feed your baby. Be relaxed and take adequate rest. You can take lactose granules. But please check with your gynaecologist or paediatrician once before taking it. You need to add a tablespoon with a lukewarm milk and take it.
