A. U Please consult your doctor will give you a medicine for the child as of now If you have Calpol or paracetamol that you can give 1.5 ML Every six hours and also if it is needed you can start doing cold sponging to your child as well because that will help in reducing down the temperature for the child so you can go ahead with that
