ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. for 7 months old baby, you can give foods like homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, porridge, kheer, khichdi, vegetable puree, dal rice, fruit puree, curd, paneer.
add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.

You should go ahead with all kind of fruits and vegetables followed bye rice and Dal water and all kind of items that you can prepare out of Suji can also be offered to the child along with that that is going to be important if you can go ahead with giving dairy products
