usually babies get rid of this as they grow especially when they begin to sit and taking food
there are some alarming points ,if you notice,you must consult your pediatrician:
if baby spit out milk with blood or green fluid.
if baby cries excessively after feeding
not gaining enough weight,or not taking enough feeding.
if baby sleeps less than usual and feel uncomfortable while sleeping
if there is decrease in urine frequency
if baby spits out very frequently
if you notice baby hiccuping or chocking often or notice bad breathe.
