Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom. baby should be exclusively breast fed till six months..post six months you can start with solids and water. no sugar salt animal.milk and honey till baby is one year..post one year continue with breast feeding till minimum two years as per world health organization and give well balanced meal that should include fresh vegetables fruits legume dairy products poultry items and dry fruits
