#asktheexpert baby is purely breastfeed.is urinating normally but hasn't pooped since last 3 days.has smeely and painful farts giving him simethicoine and Neo peptine

A. Actually constipation is normal in this kids can go without pooping for 10 to 12 days also and which is why the farts become more smelly for the child but there is no problem with that what you mentioned currently is very normal the medicine that you gave us for digestion not for any other issue
