#asktheexpert baby is having diarrhea from last 9 days first there was no blood but from yesterday blood in stool is seen slightly.giving him taxim-o dry syrup from yesterday. Is it correct

SwathiMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. my son has been suffering from diarrhea for the last 6 days. we have admitted him in the hospital for 3 days, but still no improvement. doctor gave antibiotic injections, salines, glucose, oral medications, but no use. same situation is continuing with 15+ motions daily. how to control?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Blood stool is a matter of concern and needs immediate attention. But it is really very difficult to say anything without proper examination of the baby. It is advisable to get the baby evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise properly.
