#asktheexpert baby is active but weight is not gaining as per standards diet is as per scheduled by doctors os it ok or any solution

A. Hello mam If the child is active, eating properly and not falling sick often then no need to worry about the weight at all.. Just keep the diet healthy Give small and frequent meals Do not go for large meals and high fat, sugar and salt meals Include 2-3 servings of fruits and vegetables each in daily routine Add protein like dal, paneer, sprouts, soya, eggs in every meals

A. hi sir ,if a child weighs between 7 to 12 kg then no need to worry about it . because it is not necessary to gain ideal weight. if a child looks happy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about anything.
