#AskTheExpert Baby is 3 years old boy. Not started speaking. also, in terms of response only responding to few commands. please suggest what can be followed?

A. Do you think sometimes can happen due to iron deficiency in the body but looking at the situation that your child has I would recommend you to have a full assessment with a child psychologist one time and whatever the doctor advise you just go ahead with that
