Walking is quite an issue because the child has to learn to work between the age of 12 to 17 months independently talking can happen by the age of 2 1/2 years but right now it would be good with that you have a proper check with your doctor because the child is also not working at all and for talking also they can take your child so just have a discussion with a time child specialist one time
