Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. presently give syrup meftal p 5ml and also do cold sponging of the whole body and according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr.
