it happens because of many reasons like heat , sweating , allergy to something like fabric or cosmetics or infection.
so please dress your child in cotton clothes.
keep your child in well ventilated room.
avoid using any cosmetics.
keep your child in well ventilated room.
maintain good hygiene.
you can apply thin layer of coconut oil or Cetaphil lotion on it.
