#asktheexpert Baby Girl of 20 days , she's passing motion after and even during every feed. And also passing little motion while passing gas. Drinking mother's milk properly.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. dcx. small babies will be having lot of gas because of various reasons it is advisable to do burping of the baby immediately after feeding please give colimex DF drops to the baby they are safe
