In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact caguuse so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

if the child is not crying do not worry about it and to decrease the itching sensation you can apply coconut oil over it.
do not use earbuds to clean the internal ear cavity.
external ear can be cledaned with the help of clean cotton cloth.
treatment is given only if the child is crying with pain while itching.
for pain you can give paracetamol
